When will my order ship?

Orders typically process within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, your items will ship directly from our supplier's warehouse. A tracking number will be provided as soon as it is available.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–14 business days. However, deliveries to remote or rural areas may take a few additional days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order enters the processing stage, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need assistance, please contact us immediately, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue promptly.

What is your return policy?

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging and tags. Certain items, such as opened bedding sets, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. If this policy changes, we will update our shipping information accordingly.
