🚚 PM Bedding Store Co. – Shipping Policy

We work with trusted drop-shipping partners to ensure your bedding products arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping details and contact policy below.

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Once processed, your items ship directly from our supplier’s warehouse.

2. Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and your location:

  • Standard delivery: 5–14 business days (most orders)

  • Remote or rural areas: may take up to 21 business days

We’ll provide a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

3. Order Issues or Damage
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your package is missing items, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@pmbeddingstoreco.com.
This allows us to coordinate with our suppliers while their shipping window is still active.

4. International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the continental United States. If this changes, we’ll update this policy.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, tracking updates are managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, notify us within 5 days so we can help investigate with the supplier and carrier.

6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing, and reshipment costs may apply for incorrect addresses.

7. Natural & Organic Items

Our Natural & Organic products are handcrafted and made to order.

  • Production Time: 1–3 weeks (may extend up to 4 weeks during peak periods)
  • Shipping Time: Additional 1–7 business days depending on location and carrier

Estimated Delivery Time:
Approximately 2–5 weeks from order date

These are estimated shipping times from the mail carriers and are subject to change during busy or holiday seasons, or delays. While we ship your order with the most trusted mail carriers to ensure speedy delivery, USPS and UPS are subject to their own delays that we cannot predict. Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for mail-carrier caused delays.
